Royal Mid Surrey Golf Club

Royal Mid Surrey Golf Club is a historic golf club on the bend of the river Thames and just next to Kew Gardens. Royal Mid Surrey offers its members 36 stunning holes including 2 18-hole championship courses. Royal Mid Surrey are GEO certified showing their commitment to sustainability, but were yet to invest in EV charging facilities. 

The Solution

Go Zero contacted RMSGC to bolster their commitment to sustainability while creating a revenue stream while giving an essential service to their club members. After initial contact and survey of the site, Go Zero installed 6x 7.4 Kw Optimus chargers on the grounds.

The Results

With the chargers installed, members now turn up and plug in and go off to enjoy their golf. When they are finished their round, their car is charged and ready to go while the club creates a new sustainable revenue stream.
