Insights
New to EVs and charging?
Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions
How do I get paid when my guests use the charger?
All transactions taken will be paid to you on the second Monday of each month.
Can I set a tariff for Guests who charge at my holiday home?
Yes, you have complete control over the Tariffs and how much you charge your guests.
Why do you recommend an Untethered charger for Holiday Homes?
We recommend this as many Holiday Homeowners find the Untethered version nicer to look at. An untethered also means the charging cable is not permanently attached, minimising risk of it being left on the floor or being damaged. Most EV drivers will have a mobile cable in their car.
How do my guests use the charger when I am not there?
You will be sent a QR code upon Installation, we recommend printing this out and keeping it somewhere accessible to guest upon arrival. Once this code is scanned, guests can enter their payment details and start a charge.
